{RE}discovering Him :: Day 16 - The Breathtaking

Yesterday was a day that subtly thrilled my senses.

I quietly read through post after post that encouraged my soul & delighted my heart.

I longingly lingered over new music that captivated my spirit and renewed my sense of purpose.

I briefly strolled in the crisp midnight fall air that tingled my skin and brought delightful scents my throughout my body.

As a child, into adolesence, and throughout my early twenties, living, revelling in the delight of every sense of my body was usually a daily ritual.

And then life happened.

And survival seemed to be the prime directive.

But in this journey of {RE}discovering Him, I am finding myself THROUGH Him.

The taste. The smells. The feeling. The sounds. The vision.

Of Him. In this beautifully heightened sense of reality is just, well.....

Breathtaking.

{RE}discovery :: Him in me, turning beauty to ashes, amazes me.
